Simple Start to Documentation by SiWalters

I've just copied these from Ben Rudiak-Gould's original 0.3 documention with just the simple change of the clip parameter from end to start.

I haven't used the docs from videotools.net because I am unsure of copyright.

Please change these to correct syntax/description as soon as you like and then remove the link to this page!
